Sean Sullivan

Sean Sullivan serves as President to KWILL’s asset management division, assisting in the strategy, execution, and oversight of real estate asset management.

Previously, he served as the Global Head of Real Estate, Business Services, Security, Aviation, and Resiliency at AIG. In this capacity, Sean oversaw a global team across a portfolio that spans six continents and 45 countries that is comprised of 311 locations, 261 of which are leased and 50 are owned. He managed a team of approximately 325 professionals and managed all third-party outsourced service providers.

Most recently, prior to joining AIG, Sean was a Managing Director and Head of Global Real Estate for the EMEA Region at JPMorgan Chase. In this capacity, Sean oversaw a full-service real estate platform that spanned three continents, 37 countries, 64 major markets, and 106 properties.

Sean is an industry leader with over 30 years of experience managing businesses for world-class real estate owners, operators and private-equity investment firms. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Sean was a Principal, Head of Asset Services, for Avison Young where he led efforts to build their third-party management business and gain market share for the firm. Prior to joining Avison Young, Sean held leadership roles with owner-operators, including AvalonBay Communities, Tishman Speyer and Morgan Stanley. He has also worked with private-equity firms such as Aetos Capital, Investcorp International and DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners.

In his prior roles, Sean has been entrusted with the oversight of hundreds of institutional quality real estate investments representing over 150 million square feet and all asset classes on a global basis. Sean’s experience touches all aspects of real estate management including strategic planning, transaction and portfolio management, administration, project management, and property operations.
