Qasir Morton is a product manager, designer, and full-stack developer specializing in user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and scalable digital solutions. At KWILL, he leads product development efforts, translating business needs into intuitive, high-performance web applications. His expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud-based architectures allows him to build dynamic, responsive platforms that enhance user experiences and drive business growth. In addition to front-end technologies, Qasir leverages data analytics, automation, and product strategy to optimize workflows, improve engagement, and ensure product success.

With a strong background in product management and software engineering, Qasir combines technical proficiency with a keen understanding of market needs. He has worked as a Salesforce Cloud & Digital Consultant at PwC, where he implemented Agile methodologies and process automation to increase project closure rates and operational efficiency. As a freelance web designer and developer, he successfully launched over 20 digital products, focusing on branding, UI/UX, and customer engagement. His experience extends into marketing and business strategy, having worked as a Marketing Intern at Fracht USA and a Market Research Intern at Advalife USA, where he played a key role in digital transformation initiatives.

Qasir holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Programming & Data Analytics from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. His approach combines programming, automation, and analytics to ensure product success and scalability. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting vintage clothing and furniture, playing soccer, and staying at the forefront of emerging technology trends.
