ABOUT FRANKLIN
Franklin Eruo, MBA, is an Associate with KWILL RE focusing on multi-family Investment sale properties in Chicago’s Bronzeville, West Town, Ukrainian Village, and Humboldt Park neighborhoods and developing industrial agency and representation opportunities on the City’s Northside. Franklin’s skill sets arise from experiences with LivCor, a Blackstone Company, acquiring and disposing of income-producing multifamily assets, and Sunnydale Capital Partners, where he sources debt and equity participation for numerous mixed-use investment projects.
With a commitment to community engagement, Franklin an Associate Board Member of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation where he advances the careers of young people in the real estate industry and as a member of the Chicago Global Shapers, a task force for action created by the World Economic Forum to empower young leaders to make a difference in their community. Franklin strives to be a pillar in his community and a value add to all his clients.
