Corey is a real estate and finance professional with expertise in development, investment, and legal strategy. As Co-Owner of Circle City Rebar, he plays a key role in business operations and growth. His background includes serving as Legal Lead at Simon Property Group, focusing on The Mills and Mall Foods Franchising platforms, and working as a real estate and finance attorney at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks and Katten Muchin Rosenman. Corey also served as an Appropriations Analyst for the Illinois State Senate and is an active Board Member of Renew Indianapolis. He holds a JD and MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate, and Operations, as well as a degree from the University of Illinois.
